Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Queuebase platform, website, APIs, CLI tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Queuebase LLC ("Queuebase", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

3. Service and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

4. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If your payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend your account after a reasonable grace period.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide the Service. We will not sell Your Data to third parties. Upon account deletion, we will delete Your Data within 30 days, except as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Queuebase LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queuebase LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
